What is the Flex Plan?
All undergraduate students enrolled in 6 credit hours or more will participate in the Flex Plan program. The Flex Plan fee of $300 is charged to the student account automatically when the 6 credit
hour criteria is met in the Fall and Spring Semesters. Just like the Meal Plan, the Flex Plan is an account on the Vol Card, the UT Student ID.
At the end of the fall semester, students have the option to leave unused Flex Plan dollars in their Flex Plan account, request a full refund of unused Flex Plan dollars, or have the Flex Plan dollars
roll onto their Vol Card Account. At the end of spring, Flex Plan dollars must either be refunded or rolled to the Vol Card Account.
If you purchase a UT Meal Plan, you will be exempt from the Flex Plan. Please note that additional funds cannot be added to the Flex Plan account. If you would like to add funds to your Dining Dollars,
All undergraduate students enrolled in 6 credit hours or more will participate in the Flex Plan program. The Flex Plan offers 300 Flex bucks. Flex Bucks may be used at all Volunteer Dining locations including convenience stores and national brand restaurants.
